It can be a made as an interchangeable or the top can be permanently affixed to the reel (permanently affixed cannot be swapped out with different designs). Comes with a badge top and your choice of a retractable ID badge reel, stethoscope tag, or lanyard.  Be sure to stock up on extra badge tops for the interchangeable badge base so you can get different looks throughout the year.  Additional badge tops sold in my store.
